Agricultural agencies of Belarus and Uzbekistan sign $4 million worth of agreements

On the first day of the forum of the regions of Belarus and Uzbekistan, the agricultural agencies of the two countries signed agreements totaling $4 million. The Central Asian country is interested in cooperation in selection, as well as in the creation of a joint venture for the production of veterinary drugs. Today Belarus supplies Uzbekistan with poultry and beef, a wide range of dairy products, sugar, confectionery, groceries. Last year the trade in agricultural products and foods between the two countries grew by almost 60% and reached $30 million.
