Active harvesting of birch sap continues

Forestry continues to actively harvest birch sap. Over 10 tons have already been harvested in the Starobinsky forestry. The natural drink is sold to the population, and also processed. Modern technologies allow a freshly harvested sap to maintain all useful properties even after heat treatment.
