1st Forum of Regions of Belarus and Ukraine takes place in Gomel

The First Forum of Regions of Belarus and Ukraine continues its work in Gomel. Presidents Alexander Lukashenko and Petro Poroshenko will take part in its plenary meeting today. The main focus is on the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation. The basis of the agreements was laid on the first day of the forum. Negotiations of the business cooperation council, the working group to increase the mutual presence of agricultural, food and other products took place. Following the two-day forum, significant contracts are expected to be signed. The ratified agreements will give the green light for cooperation in various areas, including new ones.
