Vitebsk is getting ready for the "Slavyansky bazaar"

This year, the XXXI forum of arts will be held on July, 14 through 17. Adults' and childrens' musical competitions will be its central events. For the first time, an award named after National artist of the Soviet Union and Belarus composer Igor Luchenok will be handed over. Famous actors, artists, street musicians, red-hot dancing bands promise to make an unforgettable party. A bright circus show at the Summer amphitheater will serve as and overture to the forum of arts. Exhibition and theatrical bills are also full of events within the festival. Figures of arts of Belarus and Russia are preparing a big joint surprise for the public.
