Vitebsk is in anticipation of the opening ceremony of the Slavic Bazaar. The Star of the National Academic Concert Orchestra of Belarus conducted by Mikhail Finberg was solemnly lighted today. Star of the new winner of the special award was opened immediately after the festive procession of the participants of the forum and raising of the flag of the festival. The orchestra for many years was the peculiar brand of "Slavic Bazaar".
