"Children of the Commonwealth" Forum has started in Minsk

The X International Cultural and Educational Forum "Children of the Commonwealth" has started in Minsk. The grand opening took place at the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War. The forum is attended by delegations of schoolchildren from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. For a whole week, young people will get acquainted with the history, culture and traditions of one of the Commonwealth countries. The children will learn about the work of Belarusian parliamentarians, visit the National Library, the Khatyn Memorial Complex. Today, schoolchildren took part in a flower — laying ceremony at the Minsk Hero City Obelisk.
