won the Grand Prix. The winner
of the first prize is

Domenico Barbera. The third prize
went to Russian Eric Akhmetov
and Ryskeldi
Starbekov from Kyrgyzstan.

representatives of Azerbaijan, Nigeria,
Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia,
Malta. The winner of the
Mulyavin Special Award for the best
embodiment of a national theme
and high
performing skills is
Mikhail Nazaroy from
Moldova. Russian Eric
Akhmetov and Belarusian
Valeria Bernatovich were awarded special prizes by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus
and Russia.
