Exhibition of illustrations

From black and white images of the 1930-50s to bright color pictures of the beginning of this century. Works from the golden fund of Belarusian book illustrations are presented in the exposition of the National Art Museum of Belarus. The collection includes more than 140 works by Belarusian and foreign classics. Along with paints, pencils and charcoal, the artists used varnishes, applications, ink, as well as engraving. The exhibition project was supplemented by 35 books with illustrations from the collections of the National Library and the Art Museum of Belarus.
