Days of Russian spiritual culture in Belarus

Joint events of Ministries of Culture of Belarus and Russia will officially launch on October 14. The choir of the Sretensky Monastery will sing in the Kupalovski Theatre. And today the Historical Museum is displaying the exhibition "The Holy Shrines of Ancient Novgorod". It is a joint project of the museum and exhibition centre "Rosfoto" and the Novgorod Museum Reserve. Photos of religious art masterpieces from the 11th to 15th centuries are on display. In addition, the exhibition features photographic documentation of the decoration of churches and works by Barshchevsky, the founder of architectural photography.
