"Cultural capital of Belarus" nationwide campaign

Borisov has officially resigned as the 2021 cultural capital of Belarus. During the year, about 180 exciting cultural events took place here. Those were concert programs, theatrical performances, exhibitions, festivals, competitions, plein airs. Orsha took over the title. During the closing ceremony of the nationwide campaign in Borisov, a festive concert was held, it was attended by Belarusian pop artists, theater and film actors, folk groups and vocal ensembles. The craftsmen from the Borisov district presented works of folk arts and crafts, created using unique technologies.
