Anniversary season at the Bolshoi Theater

The Bolshoi Theater of Belarus will solemnly open its 90^th season today with an updated classic. The ballet troupe will wake Elizariev's "Sleeping Beauty" again. During the anniversary season, emphasis will be placed on high historical examples of opera and ballet art. The second life will be given to the sought-after performance "Don Quixote". The viewers will see new scenery and costumes, as well as changes to the choreography. On New Year's Eve, the drama "The Snow Queen" will unfold on the stage. The opera "The Barber of Seville" will become international as Italian musicians and artists are expected to co-star with Belarusians.
