A monument to Rostislav Yankovsky was built in Minsk

A monument to Rostislav Yankovsky was built in Minsk. It was installed at the Eastern Cemetery of the capital, where the People's Artist of the USSR was buried eighteen months ago. Sculptor Nikolai Bayrachny captured Yankovsky in one of his most famous theatrical images – King Stanislav Radziwill from the play «Panie Kochanku». Rostislav Yankovsky played 160 roles in theater and 60 in cinema.
