Minsk hosts negotiations on resolving Ukrainian conflict

The political affairs subgroup is due to discuss local elections inDonbastoday. Minskhas hosted another round of negotiations on resolving theDonbasconflict. The contact group worked until late at night. The parties agreed on the clearance of five sections in the security zone. Local elections inDonbaswill be discussed today by the political affairs subgroup. Two more meetings of the contact group are scheduled to take place on 15 and 22 December, with an agreement on prisoner release on the agenda.
