Ministry of Foreign Affairs: A protest note was handed to the of Ukraine's Chargé d'Affaires

The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement regarding the terrorist attack that took place in Bryansk Oblast. Ukraine’s Charge d’Affaires in Belarus, Ivan Novitsky, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and handed a note of protest. The Belarusian side demanded from Ukraine a full explanation of the incident, an immediate and objective investigation, and information on the prosecution of all those responsible to the fullest extent of the law. Belarus will continue to take all necessary measures to protect the lives and safety of its citizens and reserves the right to take appropriate action against the Ukrainian side.
