Minsk to host meeting of CIS permanent representatives

Today will see this year"s first meeting of the CIS Council of Permanent Representatives in Minsk. Kyrgyzstan, this year"s CIS chair, is expected to present the concept of its chairmanship.The meeting will also discuss the work of the Consultative Council on Labour, Migration and Social Protection. In modern conditions, cooperation in this field is becoming increasingly important and requires a new, higher level of interaction between the CIS countries. Besides, the permanent representatives are planned to approve a work plan for the current year.
