Minsk hosts first meeting of interdepartmental expert group to review recommendations of OSCE ODIHR
16.02.2016
Belarus will try to implement as soon as possible the recommendations of the OSCE ODIHR, which do not involve changes in the Constitution. This was stated by CEC secretary Nikolai Lozovik after the first meeting of the interdepartmental expert group under the CEC. At the same time, it is impossible to implement conceptual recommendations prior to the parliamentary elections. Amendments to the Constitution and laws are a lengthy process. According to the law, the parliamentary elections will be held in Belarus on September, 11.
