Normandy Four Foreign Ministers to meet in Minsk today

The Normandy Four Foreign Ministers are scheduled to meet in Minsk today. The main negotiation topic will be Kiev"s obligations for organising elections, amnesty and adopting a law on the special status of Donbass. The diplomats are also expected to prepare a roadmap for implementing the Minsk agreements. This will be the first talks since the Normandy Four summit that took place in Berlin.
