Minsk hosting negotiations of Contact Group on Ukraine

Minsk is hosting another round of negotiations of the Contact Group on resolving the situation in eastern Ukraine. The subgroups will continue discussing issues of prisoner exchange and payments to Donbas residents. The political subgroup will continue to discuss election modalities, the amnesty law and the "road map." The security subgroup will discuss adherence to the ceasefire, which was announced on 1 September.
