Early parliamentary election voting taking place in Belarus

President Alexander Lukashenko and Central Election Commission Head Lidia Yermoshina have discussed the progress of the election campaign.
Early voting in the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly is taking place in Belarus, 110 deputy seats being claimed by 488 candidates. Polling stations for the early voting are open from 10:00 to 19:00 with a lunch break.The progress of the election campaign in Belarus was discussed by President Alexander Lukashenko and Central Election Commission Head Lidia Yermoshina at yesterday"s working meeting in the Palace of Independence. In general, the election campaign is running in a satisfactory manner.
