Preparations for elections of deputies to National Assembly's House of Representatives continue in Belarus

District election commissions across Belarus have already registered 227 initiative groups for collecting citizens" signatures for the nomination of candidates to the House of Representatives. The registration of the initiative groups will end today, and the collection of signatures will continue until 1 August. The accreditation of observers continues. The registration of candidates will take place from 2 to 11 August inclusive to be followed by active election campaigning. The elections of deputies to the House of Representative of the National Assembly will be held on 11 September.
