Over 6,000 polling stations for early parliamentary election voting open in Belarus and abroad

Early parliamentary election voting has started in Belarus. Over 6,000 polling stations opened at 10:00 across the country and abroad. They will be operating daily from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. On the main election day, 11 September, the polling stations will be open from 08:00 till 20:00. All the polling stations are fully prepared for the election campaign - booths and ballot boxes have been set up and areas for commission members and observers have been allocated. Voters will elect 110 members of the House of Representatives, the average competition exceeding 4 people per deputy seat. The elections will be declared valid if the voting is attended by more than half of district voters included in voter lists.
