Trilateral Contact Group agrees to prepare new document on truce in eastern Ukraine

The Trilateral Contact Group has agreed to prepare a new truce in eastern Ukraine. The document is expected to be signed on June 19 at the following meeting in Minsk. The beginning of the withdrawal of troops in Luganskaya stanitsa is scheduled for June 10. The contribution of Minsk in resolving the conflict in the east of Ukraine was highly appreciated by Gregory Jullien, political adviser in the European Parliament. Belarus copes with the role of a mediator in resolving the situation in the Donbas. This was noted at an international conference in Minsk.
