The trilateral contact group promoting the peace settlement in Ukraine held a meeting in Minsk. It was preceded by meetings of the working groups. The parties agreed on the mechanism for verifying whether the prisoners of war want to stay where they are after they are released and the issue of demining. The meeting also considered a number of economic issues, including the introduction of the so-called external administration for enterprises under Ukrainian jurisdiction in several areas of Lugansk and Donetsk.
