The second round of negotiations was held by Russia and Ukraine
04.03.2022
The day before, the second round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine took place. The results are very modest. There is understanding only on the issue of joint provision of humanitarian corridors. The negotiations took place in the Brest region. Moscow and Kyiv discussed several aspects at once. A truce, a ceasefire and the opening of humanitarian corridors. For the Russian side, the fundamental issues are the neutral status of Ukraine, demilitarization and denazification. Kyiv does not agree to such conditions. A new round of negotiations will take place in the near future.
