Belarus and Libya intend to develop cooperation in agriculture, industry, medicine and other fields. This was stated by Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin at a meeting with a delegation of the government of Eastern Libya. According to the head of the Belarusian government, this is the fourth meeting in four months, which indicates the mutual interest of the two countries in cooperation. Promising areas are agriculture, industry, healthcare, and education. Aleksandr Turchin also stressed that Belarus has significant export potential: the geography of supplies covers more than 100 countries of the world. The nomenclature of the first supplies to Libya includes baby food, animal feed and drugs for locust control.
