The official visit of the Belarusian parliamentary delegation to Azerbaijan continues
Promotion of joint projects and agreements reached at the highest level. The Belarusian parliamentary delegation continues its official visit to Azerbaijan. A session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly will be held today. It will be attended by Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova. Belarus intends to get the status of an observer. The APA is positioned as one of the main instruments of interparliamentary cooperation in politics, security and economy in the whole Asian region. The activity of the Assembly is also designed to strengthen the dialogue on the problems of social and humanitarian interaction in Asia. On the eve of the Assembly, meetings were held in the Milli Majlis. The speakers discussed the points of growth of cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan, as well as interaction between the parliaments to create a comfortable legal framework for the development of economic and humanitarian projects.
