The future of relations of Belarus and Russia with the EU will largely depend on the European Union itself, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Sergei Aleinik told reporters after he took part in the Union State Supreme State Council summit in Saint Petersburg.
As the foreign minister explained the principles the relations of Russia and Belarus with the EU in the future, he pointed out that Belarus was open to dialogue.
