Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus: the West uses the "sanctions whip" to provoke riots

Western countries use unilateral restrictive measures to influence countries they dislike and provoke social riots. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, speaking in a video message at a conference in Geneva. Maxim Ryzhenkov recalled that today about 40 countries with a population of 2.5 bln people are under illegal unilateral restrictive measures from the West.
