Solemn meeting of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Council
The CIS Interparliamentary Assembly rightfully enjoys the reputation of an authoritative international platform, where each participating country can convey its position and its voice will definitely be heard. This was stated by the Chairman of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova in her speech at the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly in Kazakhstan. The Speaker of the Upper House of the Belarusian parliament congratulated the organization on its 30th anniversary and emphasized its important mission in uniting the peoples of the post-Soviet space. Natalya Kochanova noted that one of the Assembly's key tasks is to bring the legal systems of the Commonwealth member states closer to each other and create conditions for comprehensive integration.
