Serbia official delegation

The Serbian delegation led by Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić is in Minsk on an official visit. The program of the visit includes meetings in both chambers of the Belarusian parliament. The two countries have built a stable foundation in cooperation. Belarus’ MAZ and MTZ assembly plants operate in Serbia. The country imports liquid gas and oil products. In turn, Belarus imports fruits, vegetables, knit wear. At the moment, Serbia is holding the EU entry talks, and this could open the gates for the joint production of goods. Belgrade sees Minsk as a platform to the joint market of the Eurasian Economic Union. During a recent official visit of the President of Serbia to Belarus the sides agreed to increase the trade turnover up to $500 million.
