Seminar of heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Belarus

The annual seminar of heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Belarus has started in Minsk. Diplomats arrived from all over the world to compare positions and make plans. The emphasis is on import substitution in the context of countering Western sanctions. The week-long training and practical event at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus was opened by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Vladimir Makei outlined the conditions in which Belarus is developing today, and also reminded the diplomats of the foreign policy priorities.
