Belarusian President to begin his official visit to Pakistan today

Alexander Lukashenko is scheduled to hold talks with Pakistan"s President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Parliament officials as part of his official visit to Pakistan. The negotiations are expected to result in the signing of documents on cooperation in different spheres. The Belarusian leader will also take part in the opening ceremony of a bilateral business and investment forum in Islamabad.Last year, the volume of trade between the countries made up almost 60 million dollars. The goal is to increase this figure to a billion in the next few years.
