Refugee crisis to be addressed at Belarus-EU level

The refugee crisis is to be addressed at Belarus-EU level. This was agreed upon by Aleksandr Lukashenko and Angela Merkel in a telephone conversation on November 17. After discussing the refugee problem in detail, the parties came to a certain understanding of how to act and move forward in addressing the current issues. Relevant officials to be identified from both sides are to immediately enter into negotiations.
