Presidents of Belarus and Azerbaijan sign set of documents

The Belarusian President continues his official visit to Azerbaijan. Alexander Lukashenko is scheduled to hold talks with Azerbaijan"s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and visit the famous Heydar Aliyev Centre today. Yesterday, the Belarusian leader met with his Azerbaijani counterpart. As stressed by Alexander Lukashenko, Azerbaijan can count on Belarus as its closest friend. The talks resulted in the signing of about ten agreements, including programmes on developing cooperation in sports, education and agriculture, as well as an action plan on implementing a socio-economic cooperation programme until 2025.
