President of Turkmenistan pays official visit to Belarus

The President of Turkmenistan has arrived in Belarus for an official visit. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov went from the airport straight to the Palace of Independence. Alexander Lukashenko personally met his Turkmen counterpart and warmly welcomed him. The meeting was held by all the canons of solemn ceremonies: honor guard, anthems of the two countries, the red carpet.
According to Alexander Lukashenko, Turkmenistan can always count on Belarus. Following two rounds of negotiations, a package of documents will be signed. Tomorrow the President will participate in the opening ceremony of the building complex of Turkmenistan Embassy in Belarus.
