President expects Belarusian Parliament's professionalism to continue growing

President Alexander Lukashenko said he expected Belarusian Parliament"s professionalism to continue growing during a meeting with Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko. As this year will see parliamentary elections inBelarus, Alexander Lukashenko has set the task to more actively help the people and local authorities in solving regional problems.
The deputies are currently preparing for the spring session scheduled to launch on 4 April. They will consider 62 issues, including the military doctrine and the Government"s programme for the next five years. Also, they are planned to visitIndia,LatviaandSerbia. Contacts with the European Parliament and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will be continued.
