The President and Minister of Internal Affairs discuss proposed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences

The Ministry of Interior proposes to toughen penalties for "thieves in law". This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Shunevich after his report to President Alexander Lukashenko held today. The participants of the meeting also discussed proposals on liberalization of the Code of Administrative Offences.
