President of Belarus holds meeting on cooperation with IMF

President of Belarus has held a meeting on cooperation with the International Monetary Fund. The country is negotiating for a new loan of $ 3 billion. According to Alexander Lukashenko, the interests of the Belarusian people must be taken into account in the discussion of a new credit program. Some creditors" claims do not match the tasks that the Belarusian people have delivered to the authorities. It concerns growth of utility tariffs, full privatization of state property and containment of wage growth. President of Belarus requires a balanced approach to the negotiations with the IMF.
