Belarusian President offers to set up joint ventures in Indonesia for regional market

Belarus offers Indonesia to set up joint ventures for the Asian Pacific market, as announced at yesterday"s meeting between President Alexander Lukashenko and the Indonesian Minister of Defence. The Belarusian leader stressed the absence of closed topics in cooperation between the two countries and Belarus" readiness to consider any initiatives. Belarus intends to develop cooperation with Indonesia not only in the military-technical, but also in the civil sphere of economy. The work of the intergovernmental commission on cooperation will be intensified in the near future, with group leaders to outline several fundamentally new areas of collaboration.
