President Alexander Lukashenko familiarizes himself with construction of Belarusian nuclear power plant

The work on the construction of the Belarusian nuclear power plant is being carried out on schedule. This was reported today to the President during his visit to the construction site of the Belarusian nuclear power plant. Alexander Lukashenko was interested in security and drew attention to the fact that there should be no hurry during the construction of the Belarusian NPP. Head of State assures that all the works comply with strict quality regulations. The construction of the first unit will be completed in 2018, of the second one - in 2020. After the tour, the Head of State talked with the residents of Ostrovets, builders and future employees of the Belarusian nuclear power plant.
