Financing of housing construction and utility services

The introduction of new mechanisms of financing for the construction of housing and "freezing" of communal tariffs was discussed by the Government and Belarusian MPs.This year, the housing and communal services for Belarusians will not rise. The government also promised to speed up the work on the provision of new ways of lending during the construction of housing.
