This was stated by President Alexander Lukashenko in his Address to the Belarusian people and the parliament. The Head of State adds that the year 2016 will be a serious test for all branches of government and governance structures.
Among the most important growth factors should be the reduction of production costs, efficient management and elimination of shady schemes. The President says it is necessary to support private initiative, develop small business and create not less than 50 thousand new job places a year. This responsibility falls on the shoulders of local authorities.
