MPs of House of Representatives' 6th convocation complete their term

MPs of the House of Representatives of the sixth convocation completed their term today. Speaking about the achievements of his colleagues, speaker Vladimir Andreichenko noted that over the three years a good basis had been developed for building up bilateral contacts, especially with European partners. The Belarusian Parliament has gained more visibility in the international arena. Sessions of the OSCE PA in Minsk, friendship groups with Britain and Belgium and the first visit to Switzerland. In total, the MPs have considered about 300 bills. New legislation have also been adopted, in particular in the investment and tax spheres, and in the development of small business and the IT sector.
