Minsk to host CIS Foreign Ministers Council on 6 April
On Friday, Minsk is to host the CIS Foreign Ministers Council. The meeting will consider 12 issues related to expanding cooperation in political, economic, cultural and education sectors, interaction between the foreign political agencies of the CIS member states. The focus will be on security issues, crime prevention, the fight against international terrorism, and the coordination of the activity of the law-enforcement bodies. The heads of the CIS delegations will consider draft agreements on cooperation against crime in the field of information technology, the interstate program of joint measures against crime for 2019-2023, the provisions on the CIS congress of teachers and education workers and the international youth project 100 Ideas for the CIS.
