Minsk Dialogue Forum taking place in Belarusian capital

Belarus calls on the European Union to start a direct dialogue with the Eurasian Economic Union on a number of key areas of mutual interest, the Belarusian Foreign Minister said at the forum "European Security: Stepping Back from the Brink". According to Vladimir Makei, it is high time to take the level of this dialogue beyond the framework of technical contacts between the European Commission and the Eurasian Economic Commission. The agenda of the 2nd forum of the Minsk Dialogue includes a wide range of relevant topics and discussions. Part of the forum sessions will be devoted to the arms race and strategic stability. An important topic will be information security.
