Minsk Dialogue Forum opens in Minsk

"European Security: Stepping Back from the Brink" forum starts today in Minsk. Its participants are going to hold a dialogue on the present and future of the continent. Hundreds of experts from dozens of countries will discuss ways to jointly counter new challenges and threats. The participants come from the EU, Russia, the USA, China and the states of Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia. The first Minsk Dialogue Forum in May 2018 brought together more than half a thousand participants from 59 countries, including the OSCE Secretary General and senior representatives of NATO, the CSTO, the Council of Europe and the Council of the Baltic Sea States.
