Belarusian Foreign Minister takes part in UN events

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus participates in high-level events in the UN headquarters. Vladimir Makei presides at the meeting of Eastern European Regional Group, which includes 23 countries. One of the important issues is election of the UN Secretary General. The head of the delegation also took part in a special session of the General Assembly on drug issues and opened a photo exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of theChernobyldisaster.
