04.01.2016
Belarushas prepared proposals for the simplification of the visa regime with the EU countries and beyond. This was stated by Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei. According to him, now the offer must be approved of by all interested bodies of state administration. This will help in the development of contacts, primarily in the areas of business and tourism, says the Minister. It is too early to discuss abolition of visas with the European Union, although in recent years, the parties have made progress in the work on agreements on visa facilitation and readmission.
