MFA: Issues in Belarus-EU visa facilitation talks resolved

Belarus and the EU have resolved complex issues in the visa facilitation negotiation, the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told the media. The parties have found provisions of the agreement acceptable to all. «The fact that one European state opposes signing the visa facilitation agreement is another story», the ministry said. Meanwhile, Belarus-EU relations were discussed at the sixth meeting of the Belarus-EU Coordination Group in Brussels. Belarus’ participation in the EU’s Eastern Partnership initiative was high on the agenda.
