Members of the European Parliament visiting Belarus
06.06.2025
The European Union should not consider its eastern neighbours as opponents, European Parliament member, leader of the Republika Movement (Slovakia) and vice chairman of the Europe of Sovereign Nations Group Milan Uhrik has said. The meeting with MEPs was held in the House of Representatives. According to him, much that is told in the European Union about Russia or Belarus is just a lie. The MP said that with his visit, first of all, he wanted to emphasise that his party is against the policy of isolation and sanctions. "And I also wanted to emphasise that we would very much like to see the normalisation of relations", said the parliamentarian.
